Game Overview

FNAF 3: What Is It?

The third story of the renowned survival horror series created by Scott Cawthon, FNAF 3 takes place many years after the dissolution of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, in a horror-themed attraction named Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction. Built upon the mysterious events revolving around the original pizzeria, this horror attraction attempts to recreate the cold legends, but soon turns into something truly terrifying as one of the deadly animatronics becomes alive.

Unlike previous games, FNAF 3 includes advanced game play system, a deeper story line, and increased elements of psychological horror.

Story, Characters, and Gameplay

In FNAF 3, you take on the role of the night security guard who must watch over the attraction until 6:00 AM every night. Your biggest threat is Springtrap, the only animatronic that can kill you and end your run. Concealed in the shadowy corridors of the attraction, Springtrap is always looking for a way into your office.

None of the phantom animatronics can directly kill you (that is if you play your carefully), but the dreaded jumpscares can cause malfunctions in your system, which can be fatal. They contribute to increasing stress, and stress a player can’t really do anything about.

To Survive, Players Have Several Key Tools:

  • Security cameras to keep an eye on Springtrap's movements.
  • Audio lures to deceive and throw him off.
  • Maintenance procedures to restart crashing camera, audio and air-conditioning systems.
  • Vent seals to slow Springtrap's movement in air vents.

The ebb and flow of these mechanics results in a frenetic survival experience in which every error can lead to a fatality.

Game Controls for FNAF 3

The controls in FNAF 3 online version include:

  • Mouse Movement: Looking around the office
  • Left Click (Right Arrow): Opening security cameras and using audio baits
  • Left Click (Left Arrow): Accessing the maintenance panel to reboot systems
  • Double Click (Vent Camera): Blocking ventilation shafts to prevent Springtrap from entering

Even though the controls are fairly simple, the trick lies in knowing when to use them.
